At Davis and Stephenson, P.L., we will work with you if money is a great issue for you or your family. We offer a modified sliding scale for some cases, and if you elect to take part in such scale, you must show your and your spouse's past year's tax returns as well as sign a sworn affidavit about your financial situation. The modified sliding scale applies to criminal defendants who may not qualify for the public defender, but find themselves unable to afford our fees, or in non-criminal cases, to persons who meet financial eligibility.

For our other clients, we can assure you that our fees are competitive, though will not be the lowest in the Orlando area. If you are simply looking for any representation, and do not want to aggressively fight your case, you can likely save money with another attorney/firm. Davis and Stephenson, P.L. is one of the greatest values in the Orlando area, though our firm is not the absolute lowest price.

It is also important to state that our fee is determined on a number of factors that may arise in your case. We take a look at every part of your case before quoting a price so that we may give you the fairest price possible. We immediately take 1/2 off if you are a first time drug offender. If you have the means to make some initial payment, please contact us and do not let a lack of money hinder you from strong representation. Davis and Stephenson, P.L. offers a number of payment options, including all major credit cards. We offer payment plans in some circumstances. Our goal is to prohibit a lack of financial resources from gaining strong representation, and we will do all we can to work out a solution.
